My family went to Kornna Kitchen a few months ago for dinner. It was the first time we had ever been. The staff was really nice. The big kicker is that they were actually closed for an event, but they made us something up real quick. They were all super nice, accommodating, and the food was delicious. Sad to see that they closed not even a week or 2 later. I hope they find another spot to open to continue serving the community!!
Great service, great food, great vibe. We had the oyster basket, fried fish, hush puppies, fries, fried okra, and pasta and it was all good to great. And huge portions! They went above and beyond to serve us after closing, too. Super friendly service. A must-visit in Martinsville.
We just had the greatest time at the Kornna Kitchen. The Easter buffet was amazing- ham, shrimp in spicy roue, collard greens, salmon croquettes, yams, pigs feet, cheese grits and cornbread. They made us feel like family, and we chatted for a long time. Ten stars!
I’m curious if they have closed? I stopped by today, the Foor was locked. No one answered the phone
Had the steak Philly, shrimp po boy, fried okra, hush puppies, and cheesecake. The room is super cool and unique. The food was fantastic. The sautéed shrimp especially, but the steak and peppers were incredible. If you’re near Martinsville looking for a bite, highly recommend. Owner was working and was very nice and welcoming. All around great experience!
