Worst customer service, specifically from service management Matt Bergeron, He was awful and very disrespectful. Would not recommend. I’d rather walk than buy a car from them.
Had my vehicle dropped off here (closest dealer) after a malfunction in charging. After them having it for 44 hours they had not updated us on the condition of the vehicle. I called and was met with push back in requesting a loaner or rental as part of my Warranty because it was a Friday afternoon, and although the part wasn’t back ordered it would take 5 days to arrive and install.
