Excellent sales and service teams. Strongly recommend.
I dropped off my girlfriend’s car early in the morning, only for them to never text us when the car was ready to be taken. Then, we called the service/sales people only for them to claim they’re closed and there’s nothing they can do for us; all we’re asking is to pick it up. They didn’t communicate with us at all and even when they replied, it was too late. Poor planning on their part.
We had a really great experience at Uptown this month. We found a pre owned vehicle within our budget and right from the start, we were met with professionalism. We left feeling very satisfied with their customer service. Les was the first gentleman we met and he gave us lots of space and time to review the car ourselves.
