Evan at Service took me in with no appointment and got my windshield pump fixed right away! (Turned out to be an airlock in the tubing between the reservoir and the windshield.) My own dealer wanted to give me an appointment 9 days from today. But that's when I didn't know it was an air lock. Evan was super gracious and refused to allow me to wallow in my embarassment. And then, he even washed my EV9 for me!! Uptown Kia was fantastic! Thank you Uptown Kia!!

This dealership is absolutely terrible. My girlfriends 2015 kia sportage had 140k kilometers on the engine and one day the check engine light lit up while she was on the highway and it went into limp mode. She pulled over and I called her a tow truck and brought it in to my friends shop to diagnose the problem. My mechanic cleared the code to get it out of limp mode and as soon as the car got to a certain rpm you can hear the knocking.
