I found the most perfect piece of jewelry at this store....a nice ring, I can wear daily, best of all, it has the color of pink in it!
Great experience to have with my wife on our honeymoon. Thank you to Gabby the employee that helped my wife put together her Disney/Pandora bracelet. Gabby made the whole thing a truly magical memory.
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this Pandora store. One of the staff members treated me in a rude and dismissive way, which felt discriminatory compared to how other customers were treated. It was hurtful and unprofessional, and it does not represent the welcoming image I expect from Pandora. I hope the store improves its customer service, especially in treating all guests equally and with respect.
