Jacito the maintenance man is the only one in 2 years to fix my ac here. Excellent work
Uptown Heights are shitty appartaments with shitty management and maintenance. No one is there when you need them, but to raise your bills and add new fees are very quick. Don't recommended at all you have better places for the same price or cheaper.
Would like to thank the two gentlemen , Jacinto and Juan. Team in charge of repairs and maintenance here at Uptown Heights Apts. For an immediate response and job well completed. Thank you. Keep up the excellent work ethics, gentlemen.
Loved the original Austin management. While living there went through various companies and managers. Do not recommend. Maintenance would event without consent even though I would ask to schedule a visit.
