Comfortable care
First point of contact; I had to call the office 3 times to follow up to get my appointment booked. They lost my requisition from the hospital so I had to send my copy via email… So finally got an appointment (4 month wait) booked at 7:45am but the place doesn’t open until 8:30am on the website or google… would be nice if they could clear this up at the time of scheduling to save confusion as they don’t answer the phone much. The reception lady wasn’t friendly on the day of my appointment. Facility was clean!
In the review that I posted and deleted previously, I mentioned that the receptionists are rude, don't listen and have a lack of understanding - I would like to restate this. Also, its been a while since Dr. Llano has been making racist comments to us directed at "Indians," - he does it so much that its actually disrespectful and discriminatory / harassment.
