Dr. Mani Movaseghi Gargari is an outstanding family doctor. He is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making you feel heard and understood during every visit. He takes the time to listen to your concerns without rushing, and his diagnoses are consistently accurate and effective. His positive and kind demeanor creates a very welcoming and comfortable environment. He's not just a doctor; he's a compassionate and supportive partner in your health journey.

I can never reach a live receptionist through phone calls. Everytime I have to resort to going to the clinic in person to book an appointment or reschedule an appointment. I think this clinic has too many practitioners but too few front line supporting staff. This is really frustrating.

First, I would like to emphasize that I would give -5 stars if there was an option. Dr. Derek Chu was extremely unprofessional and very condescending. The amount of attitude and lack of empathy for a Doctor is extremely concerning. Prescribing whatever medication or treatment that resolves the consultation as quick as possible should not be the approach for any doctor. This review is about the Receptionist at Richmond Hill, Ontario, location, of not being helpful, and being rude. The purpose of my call was to reschedule an appt. I had had to call 4 times, over the course of 2 hours. I was asked to call back at a later time, hung up on, placed on long hold by the system, and placed on hold by the receptionist, who did not care to listen to my complete sentence before putting me on hold again. I've been going here since 2003 and the clinic has gotten worse. There is a very hyper receptionist who works here, she doesn't listen and keeps talking at you - very disrespectful and rude. They also moved the appointment booking online and it's not possible to find a suitable time slot.
