Been going to Uptown Cuts for almost 8 years. Ms. Kim listens to what you want and need and then gives a perfect haircut. Saturdays are so busy! Take a number and wait! If you need a quick cut, go during the week before 5pm. Looking forward to the many more years of great hair cuts.
I love Uptown. We have been going there for 7 years. I drive all the way from Keller to see these ladies. No one else does as well a job. They do a wonderful job with my girls especially.
poor quality work and unfair to customers Uptown Haircuts butchered my husband's hair when he went to get it cut on 08/22/09. It looked like a kid took a pair of scissors to it, at least three different styles competing against each other. Also, the cut wasn't even in the back and the stylist tried to claim it was the fault of my husband's hair type, instead of the bad cut. She would not give us a refund of the money spent, but rather said we could have a free cut next time. Why would we want to return to such an awful place... read more
