When we walked up to the door The woman walked briskly over and asked how she could help us her tone was really unwelcoming and we said we were wondering if she took walk-ins to watch she replied no and only then seemed to take on a friendly tone as we said, 'OK thank you' and she replied 'sorry there's only one of me here.' and that's we noticed she had a customer. It was just awkwars and up to that point it felt like we were being treated like unwanted trespassers or panhandlers when she could have just been more friendly ... read more
