Check out the names of the 5 star ratings - they are fake. No way the service department gets 5 star ratings. My Bronco is known to have transmission issues. Mine refused to go into gear while I was driving it! Took it in, told the next day nothing was wrong. Right - the transmission magically fixed itself.
