Ordered the "deal of the day" for my sister's birthday, and wow!! What a stunning arrangement, thank you!!!
Placed as usual a last-minute floral order. Uptown not only delivered on time but the arrangement was beautiful.
They forgot the cards on both arrangements, some of the flowers were wilted.
I placed an order online and then they called me and told me they had to charge me $12 more for certain flowers, which I didn't quite understand but okay, I did it. Then when I called to make sure it was delivered they copped an attitude. I get it's a busy time of year, but leading with kindness will always solidify repeat business but next time they won't be my first choice.
I had ordered flowers for a friend who was told she was going to be be transitioning from OGH to the Sub Acute unit in the Hospital- I ordered flowers for that day - about 2 hours later my friend called and said that they changed their mind and they were sending her to Salamanca for rehab - I called Uptown florist back and they made the adjustment quickly, professionally and with genuine compassion- they made a customer for life today - Thanks again Uptown Florist
