Awesome small town gym! I’d always wanted to check this place out when I come home to visit my family, but go stir crazy without a place within an hour drive to move my body and lift. Without a website, I messaged them on Facebook to figure out the day-pass situation and they made it super easy. Only $5 at the desk. Tons of cables machines, an old school smith machine, dumbbells that go up to 125 pounds, and tons of other equipment.
