Absolutely excellent service. The receptionist (couldn’t catch her name) was lovely, Dr Nolt & Lori were wonderful. I felt taken care of and everyone was very professional. Highly highly recommend
Absolutely atrocious customer service. They have so little care for their patients that they do not call them to update any information. They text me to remind me of me appointment, I even called earlier in the day to double check my appointment time. At NO point did any staff member make me aware they they were not direct billing and I would have to pay out of pocket. They cost me a day off of work and a babysitter.
