My appointments were on time. The service were great. I had no real problems. I am very thankful for getting my surgery and the after care done. Now I am able to see very far as far as the sun which is 93 million miles away.

First of all it is impossible to contact by phone a customer service agent to address any question or concern, even my e-mail sent 48 hours prior to my appointment has not been answered yet. The doctor did not explain to me the possible causes of my problem nor the preventive measures to avoid its recurrence. Also, If I hadn't asked about my eye pressure (taken by a technician the same day before seeing the doctor) I wouldn't even have known the result. Amy Wang is very kind and helpful. During my mother's series of eye tests, my mother could hardly follow the instructions because she is 88 years old with complex eye conditions. 2nd review still the same bad experience despite emergency call and email didn't receive reply unless I made a call again. After first check, I was told it will be 30 to 45 minutes wait, after one hour told it could be 3,4 hours wait. I did ring my eye drops as I stopped using them until dr.first assess that what is going on. I am stuck and sitting God knows for how long now. Worst telephone/ communication system. I have been calling for days without a response. I also sent an email and even though the automated response says someone will call back in 24-48 hours, I did not receive a call back, at all. How do they expect clients to reach them?
