Be prepared to wait hours and have a long day here. My dad got surgery done here. The surgery went well and everything was good. Came for a follow up appointment. The appointment was for 11am. We waited 2.5 hours in the waiting room. Noone called us. Finally at 1:25 pm we were called in. It is unacceptable to wait 2.5 hours for any appointment. EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TIMES. PATIENTS OVERBOOKED FOR SAME TIME. STAFF NOT COOPERATIVE. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. A lot of patients have been complaining about long wait times for 4 hours. Other eye clinics are more timely. Needs to be addressed immediately.
My family and I want to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Lili Tong and her team including Jas and Geeta for their excellent care and support to our mother during her cataract surgery process and recovery. They were compassionate and understanding of our situation and accommodated us through hectic schedules and numerous appointments. We would highly recommend them for eye surgery needs.
