The entire 4th floor of this building is closed Uptown Eye Specialist at unit 401 no one there my mom is 80 years old she is waiting outside with some other people that came for appointments not sure what's going on here anybody have any idea please let me know
I did my Smile eye surgery and i couldn’t be happier. The results are impressive and the experience was amazing. I was treated with so much care!! The healing time was literally 24-48 hours. Thanks to Dr Tam! If you are thinking about it, just go ahead and do it.
I highly recommend you don’t go to Ruby Kaur at Brampton location because she will tell you to keep wait longer and move us to different area to wait. She is not good person. Not go to her. She is so mean.
Like many others have mentioned, this place is nearly impossible to get a hold of. Calling is a dead end, and while they claim email is the best way to reach them, replies often take several days. The one saving grace is Dr. Chiu—she’s absolutely incredible at what she does and genuinely cares about her patients. But the lack of communication from the office is unacceptable.
