Mark was amazing! Very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me pick the right frame for my 11y/o daughter. Beautiful facility with lots of eyewear choices. After, we picked her frame, I gave him her prescription and I left with her glasses in 15 minutes! I've worn glasses for ages and never had glasses ready this quick! What a quick and easy experience. I definitely recommend the optical boutique!!!
I visited Uptown Eye Boutique after a friend recommended them. Mark has rocked! He has a great eye for frames that will work for different faces. He set me up with a great pair, only for me to lose and necessitate a return. Mark ensured I was pleased with what I selected and guided me away from frames that don’t work for me. Highly recommend!!
This was my first eye exam at Uptown Eye Boutique and I had a great experience. I ran into some insurance issues, but Mark was incredibly patient and helpful. Dr. Schultz was thorough and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated as a new patient. I can confidently say I’ll be back and will continue using them for all my eye care needs.
