The receptionists, my hygienist (Sloan) and Dr Tom were all incredibly warm and welcoming. This was by far the best dental visit I've ever had. They were very honest about my dental health and did not over charge or try to push any unnecessary procedures. Highly recommend this dental team!!
Excellent Doctor.
I called up as a new client and was happily seen two days later. In for a long overdue check up, I was treated to x rays and all the new client stuff by Deb, who was wonderful (Happy belated!!). Then I met Tom who went over the overview of my issues very professionally. Next up was Taylor who got right into the cleaning. She was very thorough, professional and gentle. Outstanding service and support from Dr. Burrows and staff! They helped me with an urgent concern while vacationing in Comox, when I couldn't see my regular dentist. Dr. Burrows was friendly, thorough, and took the time to explain all of my options. The staff were very reassuring when I called and ensured everything went smoothly, keeping me informed of what to expect. Everyone was very welcoming, even though I was not going to be a regular patient. I highly recommend this centre.
