We received a referral to go to this clinic due to my son's age and the fact he was going to need to be sedated. The clinic was aware of the fact he needed sedation. This was confirmed with Uptown Dental via numerous texts prior to the appointment. So I thought this was a great dentist but after me clearly stating not to do anything that my drug plan didn't cover they went ahead and did stuff they knew I couldn't afford then on my second visit they informed me I had a balance owing even though they were told not to do anything the drug plan didn't cover now they won't do any more till the amount is paid even though I never agreed to the charges and even stoped in the day before my next appointment to cancel it due to the amount owed they said not to worry about it come... read more
