the owner Sam is wonderful, i got my knives back super quickly, and the shop is full of beautiful things!
Great selection of Opinel knives, SpyderCo & Myerchin for sailors, a ton of chef knives and various tools, containers, etc. The owner is super knowledgeable and down to earth. Love the shop and atmosphere.
As someone who has sold cutlery in retail and really loves a good knife, Uptown Cutlery is really above the rest in what they offer. They have a selection of Sabatier K knives that is rare in the US, and a wonderful selction of Japanese knives. Such a great store. Started with knife sharpening, and now building my knife collection from the amazing selection offered. Very cool owner, knowledgeable and helpful.
