Jen is literally the best! I have been going to her now for a couple of years after having been with the same stylist for over a decade. She listens and gives me the cut and style I want every time. She's SO MUCH FUN to chat with too! She does a great job making me feel comfortable and making sure I love my hair every single time I see her. I will follow her anywhere!!

They staff are very very friendly, they offered me coffee and whete very accommodating. But I will say if you have tighter curls, this is not the place to go. Im super disappointed with how may hair turned out. All they did was “wash it” and put get in my hair and called it a day. I really had high hopes for this.

The salon is clean and well decorated, but my nearly $200 two-hour visit was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. My questions about caring for my curls were dismissed and I was sent home with a generic print-out with a few product recommendations written in. The rinsing equipment malfunctioned, soaking my face and top. Despite placing a towel on my lap during styling, the additional water used still soaked through-- it was a cold walk back to the car! Very disappointed in the service my daughter received for her curly hair. The cut turned out nice I'll say that. But for over $200 the stylist didn't even talk to her about her hair, products, didn't use the bounce/curl brush, and then didn't even finish her hair. She left with it still wet! So not fully dried and then scrunched out to show the full extend of the service. She paid extra because she has thick long hair even. Won't go back. Will probably just maintain the cut somewhere in town for cheaper
