It was a pleasure having Oliver cook for a private dinner for my wife’s birthday. The food and experience was amazing!
We recently used Oliver / Uptown Culinary Creations to cater our board retreat breakfast and it was fantastic. Not only was Oliver flexible and accommodating in our needs and requests; he delivered an amazing array of breakfast items as well as afternoon snacks! We mot certainly use Oliver/UCC for our next event.
Incredibly kind, professional, and helpful with catering services. Worked with me on last minute changes, and the food was wonderful and with a great variety.
Oliver and I have been working together for about 2 months. I've learned so much. Startting with knife skills and eggs and now, full recipes. Oliver is creative and detail oriented. It is always a pleasure.
