Dr. Velasco is an artist when it comes to teeth. In his office, I had a complete bottom teeth reconstruction. Also, he completed some bridges and crowns on my upper teeth. This was major Dental work. My teeth look so beautiful. He took his time and did it right. I can't say enough good things about him and his office staff. He is such a nice person and a fabulous dentist. His staff are also very knowledgeable and gentle. He and they explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions. I had very minimal pain ... read more

While my previous experience was good, and all my family have been customers, I had a terrible experience last time. It seemed like they just care about the money, and not the patient. I had a treatment scheduled and when I checked in, I was surprised that they told me my insurance is not accepted (why not tell me before?). With my previous insurance I paid part of the treatment and the insurance would cover the rest, so I asked if I could pay for all (my portion and the previous insurance portion) which would be the money t... read more
