To anyone using uptown stay away from this authorized, if your getting an Epp line just do it through Rogers then this place. 1st time the offered me discounts that wasn't applied and still had to contact them numerous times and still no fix. Decided to upgrade my phone here Joseph emailed me back of a time for contact. Waited for duration of the call would be 10:30am - 11:30am they ended calling at 4ish pm.
