I am very disappointed with Rogers customer service. I switched from Fido to Rogers based on a salesperson at Centerpoint Mall who arranged my home WiFi installation for Friday. I clearly explained my availability and even took time off work to be home. Later, I found out the salesperson who is kajal entered the wrong address and did not properly inform me that the installation would not happen.
