One drug that I was looking for was not available on that particular day, but the staff assured me that they would get it delivered instantly, and they called me once they got it.
Everyone is professional, nice, respectful, and sweet.
Excellent staff and communication, but restrictive hours. I love how friendly and professional the staff is, and their text messaging system makes ordering refills incredibly convenient.The downside is that they close at 5:00 PM and are closed on Saturdays, making pickups tough. They do offer delivery for a fee, but their prices are generally higher than other local compounding pharmacies.
Due to my physician's staff member who doesn't return calls or follow-up unless you call her multiple times in a day and hope she picks-up the phone, I'd been without a compound Uptown Chemist prepares for me for a week. When my doctor sends over a script, it generally takes 2-days for the product to be prepared and ready for pickup.
