I had to cancel a Brazilian wax 20 hours before my appointment because I got a yeast infection and they still charged me for half a service. I understand having a cancellation policy for the sake of respecting people's time, but there should always be exceptions. That is just standard business practice.
Services used: rapid spray tan; lash tinting, brow waxing and tinting (brows on fleek), keratin lash infusion with lift and tinting,, and dermaplaning with hydrasilk facial.... all highly recommended I started going to test out the rapid spray tan for a wedding I would be a bridesmaid in April. I have had two amazing ladies help me. I had Gray do a rapid tan and quickly wanted the brows on fleek for the shaping and tinting. Uptown Charm is your go-to for your beauty needs! Their staff is expertly trained as well as being absolutely lovely. I've done many of their services such as facials and tanning, but my regulars are the Brows on Fleek and the Keratin Lash Lift & Tint. My girl, Sydney, is so good that I don't need to wear makeup for up to a month! She's never over-waxed my brows and always makes me feel comfortable during the lash treatments. I'm always stunned when I see her finished work!
I had the new Black Forest facial with Sydney and I could not have been more pleased. It was a super relaxing experience(Sydney REALLY has a gentle touch and is clearly a very skilled esthetician). There was an immediate difference in my skin tone and texture, but best for me was that my pores continued to shrink over the next week or so. I had no down time at all. I will be scheduling this facial again very soon! Worth every penny.
