What a terrible experience at Uptown Charlotte Smiles! Someone different is at the front desk every visit. Staff is usually uninformed & rude. I was told I owe varying amounts after each visit. I understand insurance coverage varies– but I was unable to get a ballpark estimate on what I owed. I would question if what I owed was correct – then get an outreach from the office correcting their mistake. I have multiple emails & text messages displaying this.
