Genuinely stellar sandwiches, very kind service, lots of parking.
The experience was smooth and enjoyable.
Went last Saturday and waited over 30 minutes for a breakfast wrap. Left without getting it. Service is slow and they don't bother providing orders in the order they were taken.
Great place to go if you feel like waiting 30-45 minutes for your order. Slow service and the food isn't good enough to warrant it.
I catered an event with Uptown Cafe and it was a total hit! We ordered 90 bowls — a mix of Hawaiian Poke, Korean BBQ, and Caribbean Jerk — plus 10 orders of dumplings, and the food was absolutely amazing across the board. There was a small mixup with the order pickup, but Michael and Sunny were fantastic about reaching out and getting everything resolved quickly. Their service, care, and integrity really stood out.
