Uptown bride helped me find THE dress!! I went to another shop and picked a dress and almost instantly knew it wasn’t it, I called Uptown bride and they got me back in and listened to everything I wanted and were so patient! Can’t wait for the day to wear my perfect dress!
This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I called to try and get my daughter in for an appointment, since I was only in town for the weekend and we asked if we could bring a baby. They said NO babies and only children 12 and up. Which how much damage can an infant in a stroller do compared to a twelve year old running around and touching dresses. Poor customer service. Obviously not worthy of our business.
My consultant was so considerate of my limited budget, and worked to bring dress prices down to fall within the budget. She pulled a surprising pick that ended up being my dress! Loved my experience with them!
My overall experience was amazing! Initially, I felt nervous, but I was reassured that it's perfectly fine to say no to a dress that doesn’t meet my expectations, and I never felt rushed. I wholeheartedly recommend Uptown Bride to any newly engaged beauty!
