I called to schedule an appointment to get a rear wing, front lip, side skirts, rear spats, and a rear diffuser installed. Not only did I talk to a real person, but she also asked me for the links to the product pages of the parts as well as pictures of the installation areas on the car. I was very happy to hear these requests because it shows that they prepare before giving a quote and before taking on the job.
