I would definitely recommend to family and friends! What a great experience from start to finish.
Buyer Beware! Be careful on your so call celebration walk through its more of a nightmare walk through. When this takes place pay close attention to what they don't show you because this is where you find all the defect and mistakes that they don't tell you or show you, the plan is to distract of the defects. Their construction superintendent (JOE) is a liar and is only concerned on closing and promising to come back to finish and they won't like they promised.
