On Oct 6th I purchased 3 Halloween items from dealer 0040. There was a neon sign saying all Halloween items were 25% off. I hurried out of the store as it was closing at 4:00, and I didn't want the clerk to stay beyond her working hours. (It was 4:02). After getting home, I checked my receipt and realized the salesclerk did not give me the advertised 25% off.
