We drove for 30 miles to find there is no handicap ramp or accessibility. When asked the woman at the counter she gave 3 lame excuses. They don’t care is the bottom line. A portable aluminum ramp cost $150.00. We were prepared to buy much more than that today.
I am not a person who complains but this is something that really bothered me. I took a friend to show her Berlin MD. When we arrived at The Emporium the doors were locked. I saw that they closed at 5 and I asked my friend what time it was. It was only 4. We tried the door again and it was locked. Then the employee came out and told us that the store was closed. Great shop! Loretta is the best. So friendly and helpful.
Falsely labeling resold items off temu, ali express, and shein as "Handmade". The worst part is these companies profit off of child and sweatshop labor. Meaning they are upcharging on products that came from child labor.
