Been at the Uptown going on four years. Well maintained property with professional management. Tyler and Tamara are not only professional but friendly, good people who try their best to accommodate my needs as a tenant. Really appreciate the maintenance guys, Terrance and Jeff, for being prompt and friendly as well.
I have lived at Uptown for about four years in two different units. It has been a great experience. Tyler and Tamara are friendly, approachable, and fast to respond to communication. From the start Tyler has been so helpful, and in particular when we wanted to move into a larger unit, he offered a showing and facilitated a move for us quickly and smoothly. I moved into Uptown Ann Arbor 6 months ago, and I really enjoy living here. While settling In Ann Arbor, Tyler (Property Manager) and Tamara (Assistant Manager) were fantastic in supporting me. The property is well managed and the apartments are well designed and in good condition. The location is a perfect. It is a great mixture of living in a quiet place, while having shops (meijers, target, etc). and restaurants in close proximity
Tamara was very sweet and professional on the phone when I called and asked about open units.
