FINDIGS the application system they are using is the worst system I have ever experienced. I have rented multiple apartments across the country and never had an experience like this. They have all sorts of weird hoops you have to jump through as an applicant. On top of all of that they somehow confused my application with another person with a different name who was applying for an apartment in Pennsylvania! Tyler and Tamra are fantastic!! If not for them I would’ve withdrawn my application.
Uptown Ann Arbor is a hidden gem and I absolutely love living here! The location is easily accessible to the highway, is very close to multiple restaurants, has wonderful amenities including the gym, pool, clubhouse and seating area outside. Everyone is friendly and the maintenance team is fantastic and always on top of everything! Tyler has been exceptional in answering any questions or concerns that I have and was a tremendous help during the move (including the tour) and throughout my stay at Uptown Ann Arbor. We looked at many apartments. But loved Uptown. Units are updated and very clean. Property also very maintained and well kept. Tamra was very helpful with our move and helping us find the right unit. Tyler also was very helpful when I had questions . Thank you both for the easy move.
Uptown Ann Arbor Apartments is a great place to live. The staff truly care and are professional, responsive, and kind. Tamara in particular goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and welcome. You can really tell the effort she puts into her work. The location is also a huge bonus
Just went there for a tour and it’s disappointing. The assistant manager was neither friendly nor welcoming, and provided no instructions or pricing details. All other complexes provide a full package of information actively, including property information and unit layout. It felt like she didn’t want to be there and just walked us through the property like a robot. Common area was okay, but roads and sidewalks were not ploughed.
