The Uptown staff members are exemplary people. Leasing agent Tamara, Property Manager Tyler, and the maintenance staff are all fantastic! During January and February, Tyler, the Maintenance Staff, and Tyler's snow and ice removal contractors did a fantastic job morning, noon, and night, sometimes as early as 2 or 3 o'clock in the morning doing snow removal and salting! We enjoy living at Uptown Ann Arbor after downsizing from two previous large homes. All our maintenance needs are met here seamlessly, as is our landscaping and snowplowing. We're on our fourth lease now and we don't anticipate moving anytime soon. The location is superb (close to everything) and the staff keeps the property in tip-top condition. We're proud to say we live here and to consider it our home!
