I’ve lived in Uptown for a year now, and overall, my experience here has been positive. The community is warm and friendly. I’ve gotten to know my neighbors by name, and we regularly chat about everything from our kids to our pets and gardening tips. It’s nice to feel connected in that way. The maintenance team is awesome ! I texted them on Sunday evening , they came to fix the problem on the next day morning !
Truly appreciate the prompt and thorough resolution to maintenance requests! Submitted a work order Thursday evening, and the issue was resolved Friday by 11 am.
Tyler and Tamara have been amazing to work with super responsive, helpful, and professional. They genuinely care about the residents and always go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. I really appreciate their support and how easy they make the whole living experience.
