Whole experience was amazing! My pup was having eye issues and I was able to call and get an appointment so easily. Front desk staff was very kind and Dr. Ballou and Alisha were so amazing!! Made my dog feel so comfortable! I was in and out in less than an hour and it was the most efficient vet visit Ive ever had!! Alisha also made a cute little baggie for the medications at the end!! Thank you so much for everything!!
I can’t thank the team at Uptown enough for the incredible care they provided our boy Wyatt. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly, compassionate, and professional, making us feel supported and reassured. They jumped into action to help Wyatt, explaining everything clearly and keeping us updated every step of the way. Their dedication and kindness truly made a difference, and we’re so grateful for their expertise in getting our pup back on his paws. Highly recommend this amazing team for any pet emergency!
Had a wonderful experience taking my 5-year-old cat here! The staff were very friendly, and I believe that they took wonderful care of my sweet cat. They assessed her gently and consulted me before giving her any treatments to work with my tighter budget. I really wish I knew about this vet earlier.
Increidble team and care staff. They got us in to diagnose some ear issues our dog was having. The team was understanding, helpful, and so loving in their care for our dog that doesn't love going to the vet. Thank you for the great care!
This visit was our second experience with this hospital and sadly, this time for the heartbreaking passing of our sweet Teddy. We brought him, knowing in our hearts that he was gone, but needed to make sure. The staff that greeted us were kind and gentle in helping us. They gently informed us that he had indeed passed. They offered us the room for a time to grieve and gather ourselves. They didn't charge us anything and further helped us with the funeral arrangements.
