Always a great experience at Uptown! My furry friend had his dental cleaning this week. It was a smooth process with a sparking outcome!
The staff here are amazing! 🤩 I had to bring one of my pups in for something that wasn’t an emergency, but I needed him seen before my regular vet could get him in. The staff got me in the same evening. Everyone was kind and caring! I will definitely be back if the need arises. Highly recommend!
I could genuinely not say better things about this vet. It has always been my go to E-vet since my 8 year old dog was about 2ish. A year ago we had a vet do an absolute hack job on my boy that sent him into an essential shock and he got so sick. The prior vets new assistant whispered that we take him somewhere else we IMMEDIATELY brought him here. They took the BEST possible care of him was it expensive ? Of course. I am so impressed by this veterinary urgent care! The staff in person and over the phone were super helpful and kind. The veterinarian and vet techs were super helpful and understanding. Extremely happy they were the ones to care for my injured pup. I felt like we were really getting the best and most up to date care.
The staff at Uptown has taken wonderful care of my dog. He's had ongoing GI issues his whole life and they're responsive and patient with my repeated "helicopter mom" questions. They're all kind and take the time to play with him and make him feel as comfortable as possible during visits. We've never felt rushed or dismissed.
