Always a great experience at Uptown! My furry friend had his dental cleaning this week. It was a smooth process with a sparking outcome!
The staff here are amazing! 🤩 I had to bring one of my pups in for something that wasn’t an emergency, but I needed him seen before my regular vet could get him in. The staff got me in the same evening. Everyone was kind and caring! I will definitely be back if the need arises. Highly recommend!
I brought my cat in for symptoms that happened in the evening, that I felt couldn't wait until morning. I called Uptown, and they encouraged me to bring her in. The Dr. and techs gave her the diagnostics needed, with no "upselling". The Dr. prescribed a course which we hope will bring my cat back to her sassy self. They offered further help if I need it, and I felt that their diagnosis and treatment are sound. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Thanks Uptown...for the help and your professionalism!
I am so impressed by this veterinary urgent care! The staff in person and over the phone were super helpful and kind. The veterinarian and vet techs were super helpful and understanding. Extremely happy they were the ones to care for my injured pup. I felt like we were really getting the best and most up to date care.
The staff at Uptown has taken wonderful care of my dog. He's had ongoing GI issues his whole life and they're responsive and patient with my repeated "helicopter mom" questions. They're all kind and take the time to play with him and make him feel as comfortable as possible during visits. We've never felt rushed or dismissed.
