Whole experience was amazing! My pup was having eye issues and I was able to call and get an appointment so easily. Front desk staff was very kind and Dr. Ballou and Alisha were so amazing!! Made my dog feel so comfortable! I was in and out in less than an hour and it was the most efficient vet visit Ive ever had!! Alisha also made a cute little baggie for the medications at the end!! Thank you so much for everything!!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Uptown. They took excellent care of my kitty and me frankly. I have never had a vet work with me so well to come up with a care plan in my budget. Their staff is so kind and responsive. They did everything they could to make my cat comfortable. Highly recommend!
New to this clinic since August 2025. Very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. We especially like the respect, attention, and problem solving for our concerns/issues for our dog. The veterinary care is outstanding and kudos specifically to Dr. Beth Dunfield! Our experiences have been very positive and we highly recommend this clinic!
Great service from all of the staff, vet techs, and Vets here. Dr Dunfield is the best! She sincerely cared for our dog and gave clear explanations, great advice and caring treatment.
I can’t thank the doctors and front desk staff enough for the wonderful care they provided to my pup. The entire team is compassionate and professional. Even during the hardest moments, they showed such kindness and understanding. I’ll always be grateful for how they cared for both my pet and me with genuine empathy.
