I needed to update the vaccinations on my dog and we had been here before. They were ok but not great previously. I was told that it was going to be weeks to get an appointment or I could call in the morning 8:15 to get a same day appointment. Calling in I was reprimanded by another receptionist for trying to use the same day service that I was told to call about.
