It’s not just a gym, it’s a community. Our incredible instructor, Pam, strikes the perfect balance between structure and artistic freedom. Every class not only strengthens the body, but also sharpens the mind. I can’t live without it. And the showcases are spectacular
It had been awhile since I actively practiced silks, but after moving to Charleston, I wanted to get back into things. Pam has been wonderful in helping me become reacquainted in the sport - building strength, confidence, and relearning old skills. The atmosphere and energy and so lovely. Highly highly recommend!
I have been taking classes at Uptown Aerial for a little over a year and it is by far the most fun form of exercise and creative self expression I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend it to anyone, especially those like me who have never done anything like it before. Pam is an incredible coach/instructor who takes new students from beginner to great performers (if you wanna be). Cannot say enough, good things - just know, this class, the people and the process are phenomenal. ♥️

If I were to describe Pam's coaching approach in one word, it would be facilitator. I started aerial despite thinking it would never be possible for someone of my size and relative strength. My consistency in showing up and willingness to try is well matched by Pam's continuous drive to help her students pursue their goals.
