I was on the phone for over two hours started on caller number 3 and two hours later I’m on caller number one! No one answered the call absolutely disgusted I have been in this dentist and they are not even busy so why is it so hard to answer a call?
Dr Kyra and Sabiha were amazing. Friendly attitude and polite. Did a good job with the filling too.
An outstanding experience starting from reception staff to the doctors
If I could rate this practice less than 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgraceful reception staff. After just waiting 39 minutes on the phone for them to answer they just cut me off as soon as they took my call. I do not recommend at all.
Horrible service and waiting lines on the phone. Waited for an hour and then they dropped the call straight away when my turn came up.
