Actually had one of the doctors tell us our adult, special needs daughter...who is 33..."you know with that diagnosis she'll never go to college." WTH! OBVIOUSLY! Then proceeds to tell us they are not a sleep clinic and even though we are there for her sleep meds because she does not sleep due to her condition and he acknowledged this...he gave us a referral and no meds! Absolutely one of the most cursed places I've been in my entire life. If you can afford it, trust the reviews and stay far away. I feel certain the only way this place stays in business is treating the unlucky folks for whom it's the last or only option. If that's you, my sincere apologies at being subjected to this level of disrespect and unprofessionalism.
Twice I arrived for a 9am appointment and was promptly placed in a room where I waited for more than 3 hours to be seen. Terrible experience.
