Absolutely one of the most cursed places I've been in my entire life. If you can afford it, trust the reviews and stay far away. I feel certain the only way this place stays in business is treating the unlucky folks for whom it's the last or only option. If that's you, my sincere apologies at being subjected to this level of disrespect and unprofessionalism.
Twice I arrived for a 9am appointment and was promptly placed in a room where I waited for more than 3 hours to be seen. Terrible experience.
The PA, Lisa Laverne Bradley, was so impatient and rude. I waited an hour and a half for basically nothing and still had to pay the copay. I went as far as submitting a complaint to the PA Board because Ms. Bradley should not be acting that way. Her license number is 13997 with the PA Board.
First time as a patient. The reception is very unprofessional, attitude and rude. Was there for 3 hours to be seen.
