Twice I arrived for a 9am appointment and was promptly placed in a room where I waited for more than 3 hours to be seen. Terrible experience.
The PA, Lisa Laverne Bradley, was so impatient and rude. I waited an hour and a half for basically nothing and still had to pay the copay. I went as far as submitting a complaint to the PA Board because Ms. Bradley should not be acting that way. Her license number is 13997 with the PA Board.
First time as a patient. The reception is very unprofessional, attitude and rude. Was there for 3 hours to be seen.
I am baffled WHY so many have given this practice a bad review. I had my first visit here today in connection with a 3-step plan to battle my prostate cancer diagnosis. My visit was compounded by an unexpected blood pressure irregularity. The doctors and nurses spent nearly 2 hours asking all the right questions and documenting all the right facts of my case in order to provide me with the best course of treatment.
