I used the websites quote request and received a call from Mike who came out and did a walk through/took measurements to provide me a quote to replace my fence. That was January 19th. I attempted several times to contact the office to remind them I was still waiting on a quote and they never returned my calls. I hired Uptight to replace my 20+ year old wooden fence. At the end of the day I am happy with the fence, but my overall experience had both pluses and minuses and the bottom line is if I could go back in time I would not rehire them nor would I recommend to a friend. Pros: - The fence is straight, looks pretty good. Tony and his team were awesome! Very professional and easy to work with. They did my vinyl fence for a fair price and did an amazing job. I will use them again for all my fencing needs.
Tony, Kevin and the crew were amazing! They exceeded what I expected, especially with what I could afford. This fence is super solid and beautiful, and will especially look nice after I clean it up and stain the wood posts. They even considered my request for the gate to be higher to ensure my cat could get in and out. These guys are awesome!
