Terrible Service I purchased gift certificates from this company via a non-profit organization. It took me months to get anyone to answer the phone and when they did they didn't know anything about the certificates. I spoke with the owner and she was unwilling to honor the certificates. She obviously has no interest in customer satisfaction and made no attempt to settle the dispute. I'd recommend staying clear of this nonprofessional business.

What a horrible company to work with First off, when I walked in to their shop there was no other clients there and only 1 person was on the phone out of the 4 people that were there. It took over 10 minutes before someone came to greet me. Nobody said hello, nobody said how can I help you. When someone did finally come over to the counter to help, I asked them about a computer they were supposed to have there and they told me they didn't have it. Extremely poor customer service – I attempted to return a defective power supply,after it was tested, and found to be bad, I was told by an employee that I could exchange it, but they didn't have any more to exchange it with, when I told him I wanted my money back he refered me to the owner, who told me there would be a 15% restocking fee. A restocking fee on a defective product??? Sounds like she planned to resell a know defective product. After doing some looking around, I narrowed my choices to uptech and spectacular computer repair. I first stopped in at spectacular commuter repair to see how much it would be to fix my computer. I couldn't get out of there quick enough.. Overpriced.. High pressure sales, and just plain rude "texting on phone while I explained my problem".
