Terrible Service I purchased gift certificates from this company via a non-profit organization. It took me months to get anyone to answer the phone and when they did they didn't know anything about the certificates. I spoke with the owner and she was unwilling to honor the certificates. She obviously has no interest in customer satisfaction and made no attempt to settle the dispute. I'd recommend staying clear of this nonprofessional business.
What a horrible company to work with First off, when I walked in to their shop there was no other clients there and only 1 person was on the phone out of the 4 people that were there. It took over 10 minutes before someone came to greet me. Nobody said hello, nobody said how can I help you. When someone did finally come over to the counter to help, I asked them about a computer they were supposed to have there and they told me they didn't have it.
