I had the chance to train here while spending the summer in Brick, and I can’t say enough good things about it. Jason is a fantastic coach -knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in his members. The workouts were tough but always rewarding, and I left every session feeling stronger and more energized. I highly recommend Upswing Fit. Jason is a great trainer and runs a fantastic gym. He is very creative in mixing up the workouts so you can build strength and endurance. I also had a personal training session with him which went really well. The gym attracts very nice people as well.

Exceptionally professional training and a fantastic motivator. Very clean and well kept facility. Would very highly recommended to anyone serious about getting in shape and healthier.

I’ve been coming to upswing for almost a year and Jason is the best! He is very patient and works with my always changing schedule. Great workout! I have seen a lot of progress compared to my previous training. Highly recommend!
