Awful. I specifically asked her to keep my eyebrows thick and lengthy and she completely thinned them out. There is a clear tan line showing around my brows where I used to have hair!!! Also - she didn't ask me what I was looking for, I had to stop her to tell her my goals before she got started. Unprofessional and shows a lack of regard for client needs. I am new to the area and very particular about my brows. Ami is absolutely amazing at what she does! She’s a great listener and gives me exactly what I’m looking for each and every time. The precision of her work is amazing in terms of definition and shape/shape matching. And I don’t know how she does it, but I think these are the longest lasting brows I’ve ever had each time I’ve gone. She’s definitely a staple in my beauty routine!
How long will she be closed… When is she coming back????

My very first time with Amy!! Usually I dress this appt due to the fact that the bottom of the eyebrows hurts the most! Surprisingly, it wasn’t so bad with Amy!! I’m happy to know I know have Amy in my life! Thank you Amy!
