Braeden was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and charged exactly what was on his estimate. No surprises! He and his partner replaced my sewage pump and setup a Wifi alarm system. There was zero mess or odour, they even took their shoes off in the house! Highly recommend.

Braeden provides amazing customer service, charges a very fair price and ensures quality workmanship. He rebuilt our sump pumps two years ago and they have worked perfectly ever since! Although Braeden had to do more work than he expected, he stuck to his estimate. He's a contractor with integrity and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

I have been with Upstream Pump Service Ltd since late 2017 when Braeden came to the rescue when the outside pump had a major breakdown, setting off the alarm, etc. He managed to figure out the problems (yes, plural!) and meticulously corrected all the complicated, convoluted issues that are too technical for me to explain! Since then he has been carrying out annual maintenance service on the outdoor and the basement sump pumps, replacing and still correcting the make up of the devices.
