I had a very clogged kitchen sink drain that another plumbing company could not fix. I called upstream and told them the problem and they were very confident they could clear my drain. Marc was very good to deal with on the phone compared to other plumber companies in town. Alex showed up to the job and did an amazing job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the service Upstream provided. We had a blocked kitchen drain pipe that our drain snake couldn't clear. Called in the morning and we had someone come out to look at our issue just a few hours later. They cleared the blockage and provided the cleanest service I have ever seen. When I say there was not a drop of water on the floor I mean it. Very professional and thorough and the technician cleaned up after himself.
