Arranged to have upstream come to my house to install some new plumbing in my laundry room and never showed up. No phone call to cancel appointment. Call not returned when I called to see what the issue was.

I had a very clogged kitchen sink drain that another plumbing company could not fix. I called upstream and told them the problem and they were very confident they could clear my drain. Marc was very good to deal with on the phone compared to other plumber companies in town. Alex showed up to the job and did an amazing job. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
