Nurse practitioner Melanie Splitgerber insisted that my symptoms were ‘just anxiety’, even when I said that I felt like my heart was being weird. 5 stars to the staff...always pleasant, professional and kind. As far as the owner..I would give 0 stars. When I was a new patient I enjoyed the strict policy, I knew that if I was on time I could get in and out. If you're late, they are charging you. If you're late by so many minutes-- your appointment is cancelled and you still have to pay. I started noticing after 4 visits that I would have to wait an hour to an hour and a half to be seen.
