I've seen 3 different nurse practitioners so far. Each of them was kind and patient. They listed and gave knowledgeable information. All the other staff have been kind as well. I love that I can call and talk to someone in the office. I am thankful for all the help I've received.
Nurse practitioner Melanie Splitgerber insisted that my symptoms were ‘just anxiety’, even when I said that I felt like my heart was being weird. When I tried to schedule with a different nurse practitioner at Upstream, nurse practitioner Robin Anderson called me and said that her ‘doctors’ know what they are talking about and that I didn’t need to see a different doctor.
