The brand new doc only wants to prescribe vaccinations (4 on initial meet n greet) and multiple medication / specialist. I'm pretty healthy. If you are not compliant you get fired. Never had an exam/asked if she wanted to do blood pressure. She said you can go to a drug store and use theirs or buy one. Didn't address my 2 concerns. What we consider health care today is pathetic. We must be sick for the industry to flourish. She's just doing her job.... for the pharmaceutical industry. I will be my own doc.
This review specifically applies to Dr. Busletta. After having a horrific experience with our other local OB Dr. Joni, I saw Dr. Busletta. I was having some pretty bad anxiety as the last experience was traumatic. Dr. Busletta did everything in her power to make me feel safe and comfortable. She’s extremely kind and great at her job. She came up with a plan that caused me much less pain. Thank you Dr B!
The receptionist lacks basic interpersonal skills. She repeatedly interrupted me and even hung up the call abruptly in the middle of our conversation. It was also clear from the discussion that she was irritated when I tried to explain that I had already spoken with the doctor. Because this information was not reflected in their system, she simply insisted that I return for another consultation, showing complete disregard for the patient’s time.
