Dr. Jonay was inappropriate and I have submitted a complaint to the college. Upstream did not call me to tell me that my tests had result errors and needed repeating. Was not impressed with my visit here or the service.
What an awful experience going into this clinic. The staff were fine, but doctor Jony was the worst doctor I've ever come across. Extremely condescending and judgemental. Had very little things to say so wasn't helpful whatsoever. He gave me horrible advice and wasn't willing to do his job and I'm still waiting for him to complete the tasks he told me he would after rudely dismissing me since I was waiting in the lobby for some answers. Thanks for nothing. What a complete douche.
Dr. Andrew O’Farrell is my primary care physician. I cannot speak highly enough of the expert care he has given me through several medical events, crises, and injuries. He genuinely cares! Despite spending many hours dealing with his full roster of patients, Dr. O’Farrell also lends a helping hand in the Emergency Department of our local hospital in Sechelt. It’s a difficult time to practice medicine in a rural community, services are stretched and patient lists are long. I have found Dr. Mundy & Dr. O’Farrell to be excellent, caring and responsive. I feel very fortunate.
First time here and saw Dr. Jony. He was very friendly and took time to chat and develop some rapport. He made me feel very comfortable and cared for. I really appreciate the positive experience.
