I called Upstate Yankee to look at a leaking shower on a Tuesday afternoon, and the owner told me he'd be there the following evening around 6:30. He showed up right on time. After carefully inspecting, he showed me what was wrong and then went through options for repairing. I especially appreciated that he didn't immediately go to the most expensive thing that we could have tried. Awesome experience.
The owner of this company is an extremely skilled craftsman. He is honest, reliable, and performs very high quality work. He completely rebuilt a sunroom and a deck for me- and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company to anyone who truly wants a quality job done right, the first time!
