Lynn was meticulous in planning the details of my exterior shutters, including providing me with several options to choose from at various price points. My elevated kitchen view overlooked the neighboring yards and my kitchen view needed some privacy. I contacted Upstate Window Fashions and immediately felt I was in the right place. From initial consultation to installation of shades, the process was smooth and expertly designed. I am so happy with the privacy and the look. I raise them in the morning and lower them so easily with the tab handle provided at the bottom of the shade - all with one palm - it's that easy.
My shutters were done by Paula Gonzales who is very professional and as an added bonus very kind. I love my White Shutters through out my entire home. They make the home look finished and stylish. And one of the biggest pluses so easy to take care of because I chose the smooth panels without the center rod and to dust them down is a breeze.panels.
