What a complete waste of time for this follow-up. No Sense what so ever (and why healthcare is so expensive). Granted I was 5 min late (due to Google Maps keyed to wrong building) but mine was 1st appnt. and no one was in office. Waited 20-25 mins and another 20 in exam room all while listening to many staff having conversations, interactions etc. that didn't sound anything work related. My visit was ok, but some things could be better. I had completed the online check-in process including correcting all of my meds, but that wasn't updated on the list when I arrived. The doctor couldn't find my most recent blood test data, even though I can see it in my portal. The admin people can't set up a follow-on appt even though it's only 4 months out. I'm sure the medical work is great, but these administrative things could use improvement.
