Twice have went to be seen and turned away cause it was 40 minutes before closing. Your website shouldn’t say open till 5
I've gone here a few times. I do enjoy the office. They are nice and efficient. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the Dr said to take 24-48 hours to rest but only gave me a work note for 1 day. I asked to have it say the 2 dates necessary, and they said they couldn't do that. What kind of Dr can't write a note for the days off necessary for school/work? I still felt bad at the end of the day, so I scheduled a visit elsewhere and got the proper note there. Waste of time and money.
Hands down the best urgent care around. The staff is amazing!! I have a huge needle phobia, but Shannon was able draw my labs easily, and on the first prick. Highly recommend upstate urgent care!!
Yalll!!! MS. Kathy and Ms. Jennifer along with the sweet support staff are out of this world!! Their mannerisms, compassion, and gentle care for my kids is why we come back! It reset the tone for my family and “urgent cares” like DC! Thank you so much for caring for our family UUC!! Ladies yall are a god sent!
