I mainly get blood draws done here. The staff at their blood draw lab are always so pleasant and efficient. I’m never there for more than 5-10 minutes.
Terrible. I have been scheduled for an annual physical here three times in the past year (July 15 2025, May 6 2026, and June 29 2026). Not once have I received an actual physical. The place won't even send any referrals out for me which prevents me from receiving the care I need.
I approached the window, the lady with the head scarf looked at script, handed back to me without saying a word, then handed me a small brown bag containing what I thought was the complete kit - it wasn't. When I went back in to ask for the rest of it she acted as if I bothered her to do her job. Today I bring back the sample they couldn't take it because the first lady didn't do her job and enter my script. Today I called and they hung up on me while I was talking about the situation. Went to the blood lab and they closed early?? I got there at 410 was told by obgyn yall close at 5, your Google says 430, why close early?? Such a waste of gas especially when I'm coming from a 45 minute drive...
I've been seeing Payton Hannon for 3.5 years now. She is excellent. She listens and communicates very well. I have been battling multi system chronic illness and she is willing to try and explore how to make my situation better and treats me respectfully. I am glad I found her as my PCP.
