Terrible place. Do not go unless you can’t get in anywhere else. They used to be good under Dr. Torpey, but unfortunately the new doctor is the worst doctor I’ve ever been to in my entire life. STAY AWAY.
The five stars are for all the fabulous staff in the radiology department. Every time I come everyone is so nice and fun! Makes the whole process very pleasant.
Worst office ever I only stayed because I have been with Dr Torpey for years. Now he has left and I have been trying to get my medical records sent to his new office I started trying in October I have sent the form 3 times now today I have sent it a 4th time. Apparently they do not want to send my records now my prescriptions have run out and technically I have no Doctor since Dr Torpey has none of my records. This place is the worst I have ever dealt with anywhere.
This place is a joke. They refuse to let me change to my married name for two years almost. They want documents I’ve never had ANY place ask for. It was easier to change my name through all government agencies than this fly by night doctors office. The only reason I stay is doctor Torpey is the best doctor you can find. The nursing staff is a joke. They had one nurse for doctor Torpey that was amazing but she left and now the office is worse off. I’ve had an appointment cancelled TWICE with no call just an email.
