⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was professional, honest, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They made buying my car easy and stress-free, and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Great customer service and no pressure at all. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!
They did a great job fixing the hood on my car, Danny in the auto body shop blended the paint very well, you can’t tell it was ever damaged
The security deposit they blocked on my card was much higher than what was originally mentioned during booking. Even after returning the car in good condition, the refund process was very slow. It took several follow-ups and still more time than promised. Holding such a large amount without clear explanation feels unfair.
The vehicle I received had a strong unpleasant smell and clearly had not been cleaned properly. There were food crumbs in the seats and dust all over the dashboard. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable, especially for a long journey. A rental car should be clean and ready for use, but this one was clearly neglected.
