I truly wanted to love this company — they're a few minutes from my house and my initial call was great! Booking was easy, prices were excellent, and that’s exactly why I chose them over several others I called. Unfortunately, everything went downhill on the day of my event. I used Upstate Tents and Events for my wedding, and they were fantastic. They were very accommodating when I had to make some last minute changes to my contract. All of the tents, tables, chairs, etc. that we rented were great for what we needed, and the tents were set up for us exactly how we envisioned.
Upstate Tents & Events is the best! We decided on a tent last minute for our wedding and a friend recommended Anthony and his team! Anthony immediately found me the PERFECT clear top tent and made the entire process so easy. Highly recommend using them for any rental needs as they are the best!! We rented a 40x80 pole tent with lighting, a dance floor, and a heater for our September wedding. From start to finish they were very helpful, answering all of our many questions and helping us get to the right products and sizes. We absolutely loved everything. Would highly recommend working with them!
