Upstate transportation obviously doesn't know how mas works the estimated pickup time that says 12:00 to 12:30 in a client is done and calls you at 10:17 you don't make them wait until after 12:30 to pick them up it's just an estimated time frame and only did they not like the fact that I mentioned they made me wait over 2 hours they refused to pick me up for a very important appointment that I've been waiting for for over 10 months and also had a problem with my dog and when I tried to say something about it they became ver... read more
