Saw an old man in a red mini van upstate taxi acting like a predator towards a bunch of kids.
Waited over 2hrs for a pick to go back home. One car was sent without the proper number of seats, for me and my child to get home. Some drivers also text and drive, while swerving.
Let's applaud our small business owners, especially in Oneida County, and recognize their efforts. I started using their service in the winter of 2025. Really thank them and very respectful. Some suggestions: If you are not going, make an effort to call dispatch to let them know in advance. Please refrain from eating in the vehicles; they are not dining areas, and other passengers will be using them.
